The client, a Russian fast-fashion company that managed to grow more than 2x in a year and become one of the market's leaders, faced issues with sustaining growth due to lack of structure in the organisation, processes and strategic direction
Actions Taken
Reviewed the client’s business and via a series of strategy sessions launched and directed a transformation program affecting strategy, operations and the organisational set up. Redesigned and implemented a flexible financial management system to support growth, using FJX’s experts as an interim CFO for day-to-day management. Redesigned and launched the overhaul of IT infrastructure to enable omnichannel capabilities with FJX’s expert acting as an interim CTO
