The client, a food delivery super-app in Russia, faced loss of market share due to manual processes and low efficiency.
Actions Taken
Supported the client in signing all top-3 fast-serving restaurant chains to the platform and increasing order frequency with less CAC, replacing discounts with more efficient methods. Built technology and operations processes with automation, replacing manual processes with automated solutions based on data science and ML. Rebuilt the client’s technology platform for scalability, speed, and flexibility using modern tech stack with Go, k8s, and microservices.
Results
Implemented a tech platform enabling over 300k orders/day with less than 5% failed deliveries. Developed real-time ML models and involved 200 engineers. Achieved a scalable architecture, product teams, and agile processes.
